ViP200 (1999 - 2002)

I met ViP200 during one of Il Giaguaro’s many missions, even before the publication of issue zero. It was in one of the Italian Riviera’s many discoteques, where a Sam Paglia and ViP200 concert was scheduled. A few weeks before, Sam Paglia had told me about them in Rome so I decided to go check them out in person. I was surprised by their spontaneity when it came to performing tracks which had only been issued on represses.
The first thing which came to mind was to organize a party in Rome with ViP200. The perfect occasion came up with Il Giaguaro’s launch party. Now, a year and a half and so many grooves enjoyed with ViP200, hear, or here’s their first CD included with Il Giaguaro’s summer issue, a soundtrack for your summer.
